The TimeOut EU Store has fast dispatch times and our couriers have 100% delivery success, no matter whether you are in the EU or UK or one of the other countries we service.

Soon after placing your order, you will receive follow-up emails from our store, providing you with an order confirmation. Updates will follow and, once the order has been shipped to you, your tracking details will be sent to you. All orders can be tracked via the respective courier’s website using your tracking number. All orders are processed immediately and booked for collection from our store.

If you have ordered a product which is in stock, your product will be packed and shipped on the next working day. Our distribution centre is sited in France, as Europe is our largest customer area.

If you see a message just above the “ADD TO BASKET” button which says “In central warehouse – order now!” please place the order, as it simply means we are waiting on our next delivery of your item.

Delivery to mainland France shouldn’t take more than 24 – 36 hours, depending on where you live and how rural you are.

Delivery to other countries usually takes a little longer – you will be told how long you delivery will take shortly after the goods are dispatched to you. Be assured though, orders are packed and dispatched the very next business day!

TimeOut cannot be held liable for any courier delays and enquiries regarding your shipment should be made directly with the courier companies handling your order. All courier contact details are made available in your tracking information, including your tracking number for your convenience.

Please note – our Couriers DO NOT ACCEPT Cash on Delivery.

Please note that we deliver straight to your home or office door. We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes and we do not ship on weekends or public holidays as couriers are closed on those days.

Any orders placed on a weekend will only ship out the next business day.
Orders placed on a business day, before 11:30 AM, will ship out the same day.
Any orders placed on a business day, after 11:30 AM, ship out the following business day.
