Ensuring our customers are satisfied when dealing with us and with their purchase is a commitment we do not take lightly. To this end we offer risk-free shopping and 100% customer satisfaction.
So.. if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s still in its original condition, unworn and unused, so we are able to restock it for resale to another customer.
IMPORTANT
PLEASE DO NOT peel off any protective film or any of the stickers on the product or bracelet/strap.
PLEASE DO NOT make adjustments to the strap or bracelet.
These conditions are paramount if you want to return your purchase to us. The product will be closely inspected upon its return to ensure that the above conditions have been met. If the product has been returned in perfect condition, we will assist with a refund or exchange for items of a similar value.
NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns where items are showing signs of being used or are no longer in the state they were in when originally delivered to you and can no longer be resold as new.
Please contact us via our contact form or by Email to start your return process. We may help you make the booking for the collection from you and the return but the cost of the return will be for your account.
If we have made a mistake and delivered the incorrect product to you or if the item is defective on arrival, then we will carry the cost of return postage.
All our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, backed by the supplier. This applies to the watch casing and contents but does not apply to straps and bracelets which are wearable consumables.
