We will arrange our courier to collect the item from you and, once we have it, we’ll either exchange it or issue you with a refund. (Note: Refunds do not cover the cost of the original shipping to you.)
All returns requests must be lodged with us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item and the item returned to us unused and contained in its original packaging. If any of the protective packaging has been removed or if the item or its packaging is in any way damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
