All returns requests must be lodged with us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item and the item returned to us unused and contained in its original packaging. If any of the protective packaging has been removed or if the item or its packaging is in any way damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Totally five stars! Everything about my order was excellent. The delivery time only 7 days from order to receipt. In the securely wrapped package is a lovely Pagani Design box. Inside the box is the watch (more later), a teeny screwdriver to use on strap adjustment, a really nice little booklet and a Pagani Design tag. Impressive! The watch – is beautiful. One would never put this watch at this price-point – ever. The bezel moves perfectly and there is no looseness at all just nice positive clicks for each segment. The strap is perfectly comfortable – I had to remove four lugs for my skinny arm so this watch will fit you no matter how large the diameter of your arm. 100% recommended so far.
