★ We can Email the Card directly to you or the recipient of your choice, just add your personal message when purchasing.
★ Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase of the Card.
★ Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card from the TimeOut website.
What if I don't like my Watch?
We are totally confident that you will love the products you purchase from us. If for any reason you decide you don’t like your purchase, simply contact us by Email at service@timeout.fellies.co.uk or use the contact form on our website.
We will arrange our courier to collect the item from you and, once we have it, we’ll either exchange it or issue you with a refund. (Note: Refunds do not cover the cost of the original shipping to you.)
All returns requests must be lodged with us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item and the item returned to us unused and contained in its original packaging. If any of the protective packaging has been removed or if the item or its packaging is in any way damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
